Bungie has confirmed plans to hold a Cross-Bet beta to leave players from all formats to playDestiny 2 together for cardinal years succeeding week.
As detailed in the latest This Week at Bungie Blog, a specific Forefront Strikes Cross Bring off Beta playlist will go dwell between May 25 and May 27, and will see Guardians matchmade across PlayStation, Xbox, Steam and Stadia. The special PvE playlist will allow common people to team up and agitate waves of Shadow as the studio apartment collects data and tests the backend systems to ensure they're on the job.
Any players WHO take part and complete three strikes testament get a unique "Stars Crossed" emblem, although it should be noted that you North Korean won't be able to form a fireteam yet, and you won't exist fit to invite specific friends, but you'll still be helping Bungie get the feature prepped and waiting for launch proper later this year.
Cross-play forDestiny 2 has been promised for some time, with the feature circumstantially going live on for some players earlier this month during the launch of the Harden of the Splicer content, though information technology was quickly rolled back as it was unwilled and caused some connection issues as players downloaded the in style update. Hopefully it won't be overmuch longer before the feature arrives inDestiny 2for real, but in the meantime this weekend will see the return of perhaps the serial publication' most famous raid: The Vault of Methedrine.
